What an incredible location …. Eilean Donan Castle. Well, actually, we knew it was breathtaking but had just forgotten how amazing it is – just have a look at these images and imagine getting married here. These images all come from just before the wedding of Hannah and David Bruntnell – more of their actual wedding to come later.

Wednesday, September 29th, 2010Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow …….
Monday, January 11th, 2010I’ve been loving the snow this winter. It’s like being a wee boy all over again. Landscapes we pass every day all of a sudden look magical and beautiful. It’s great for sledging, snowmen, snowball fights and photographs. Myself and my son Jack took the sledge to the hill I slid down all those winters ago when I grew up in Biggar. We also wandered the landscapes around Crawford where I used Jack as a measuring stick to test drift depths. This year the snow was exactly Jack-waist high. Here are some of the pictures from our walks (all available as fine art prints).

Thursday, July 9th, 2009Some personal landscape and fine art photography work
Thursday, March 5th, 2009Before the wedding season gets too far underway again, I thought I would spend some time working on some personal images. I have masses of personal work and just not enough time to work on it all – clients comes first and all that!
Here are some of my favourites that I have worked on this week:
All images are available to purchase as fine art prints (framed or canvases) – for price information, please contact us on 01864 502161 or through our enquiry form – CLICK HERE
Photography at Glencoe
Tuesday, June 24th, 2008Glencoe is a really special landscape. I pass through several times every year and it feels like a different place every time. It is all to do with the weather. It could be snowing in June or the sun could be splitting the rocks in December. I love the unpredictability of it all. In preparing these landscapes I took all of the midges out in photoshop…it took a long time.
