Michele and Tim booked Mark as their Edinburgh elopement wedding photographer at the start of 2012 having seen this wedding on our blog. At the time, they were considering a number of Edinburgh venues but settled in the end on Dalhousie Castle. Dalhousie Castle a magnificent 13th century fortress set within acres of wooded parkland on the picturesque banks of the River Esk.
We love to photograph an elopement. It’s all just about the couple’s commitment to each other without any stress of doing things to please others on a wedding day. After Michele and Tim’s intimate and romantic ceremony they headed into Edinburgh with Mark for some photographic fun around the city with Mark as chauffeur as well as photographer. Michele and Tim had travelled from the US for their Edinburgh elopement wedding.

“Mark, we just wanted thank you again for everything you did. We had so much fun running around snapping pics with you. Thanks again for the ride. We couldn’t have imagined a better person/photographer to have spent the evening with us. Can’t wait to see the pics and read your blog.”
